  A pristine bottle, showing very well, especially with air as the fruit was a bit subdued at first. Not reduction-dominated, instead showing aromatics of butterscotch, peach and spice. Evident minerality on the palate and ample acidity, with some citrus notes alongside more peach and spice. Not the most vibrant but a real treat.
