  This really surprised me, I opened it because I needed a cup or so for cooking, and i've been sipping this afternoon. Very refined, the sharp acidity of youth has mellowed and this tastes like a good chablis that has seen a bit of wood. Surprised at the longevity of this bottle, but then again it was prephyllox vinestock

  I am really starting to get into verdejo. 2 for 2 in the past month. This is the quintessential summer white for me. Light and refreshing - good acidity, good minerality, peaches and lemons... Easy drinking and food friendly. Good both on its own as well though. Better on the first day, so I would start drinking this... So enjoyable now that no reason to wait... I would buy again at $15...
