Binny's Champagne Seminar (Highland Park, IL): Sight: Straw color; little bit weak on the intensity of the pearlsNose: Flower notes accompanied by pepper smells. Yeasty notes and hints of sweetness. A mustiness component as well.Palate: Fair was my initial reaction, slightly sweet. Thought is that this could pair well with a semi sweet chocolate. Overall: Not a big fan. 84 points.
nose: tart nose that is rather simple with easy tones of lemons, white florals, and some spice tones. Decent and easy, but very surface and simpletaste: nice and easy with sweet tones of tropical citrus, white florals, and lemony tones. No real depth on the palate and lower acidity that makes you want it to be there. overall: solid and fun, but basically no depth. A very easy sparkler, it doesn't really do all that much for me, but is a decently made wine
