Some sweet stone fruit on the nose, apricot, peach, opening to some white flowers and spice. Very sweet almost desert-ish on the palete, a bit of spritz when first poured, nice (for its style) mouthfeel and decent finish. Would be interested to see if this can age.
Lemon and a hint of flowers on the nose. The palate is light, crisp with lemon again, a touch of honey, winegums and a small hint of petroleum. Very dry with plenty of minerals and even more acidity to the point of almost being overpowering. Good with gratin of fish but will go even better with shellfish or oysters!
