Community Tasting Notes (2)

  • Very oxidized and sweet/pruney smelling at this point. Tons of decayed earth and vegetation wit a bit of florals on the palate with very soft and barely there red cherry. Way past its prime for sure but still interesting to taste.

  • Cork intact/in great shape. PnP. Translucent tea color with significant bricking. nose nutty, oxidized sherry notes, strong/lingering in glass. Palate light, sweet nutty notes, not much fruit left at this point. Probably not the most representative sample at this point but interesting in a dessert-wine kind of a way, still very cool to try.
