  Light brown colored body. Caramel, apricot, honey, nuttiness, vanillian. Has light viscosity. Good balance. A long soft and sweet finish. Not over the hill, but should be drunk up soon. Paired well with Romano Pecorino from Itlay.

  dark brown color. Little crystals look almost like vanilla bean. Huge beautiful acid. Nice sweetness but it's not too sweet. Long long complex finish.
