  Nice nose and expressive palate. Pleasant wine leaving me wanting more complexity and a longer finish.

  Nice. Mellow and balanced. A little cherry and thyme on the nose. Round with a little tannic kick at the end. Medium finish.

  2008 Chappellet Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon Signature 91 - Big wine, red fruit, cider, vanilla....love this wine
  2010 Chappellet Vineyard Mountain Cuvee "Cervantes" 87 - Tannic needs a longer decant or cellar nap still enjoyable

  Dark ink in color. Some heat on the palate and finish. Not a lot of distinctive flavors, the heat seems to overpower and be the dominant factor. Average.
