  From a 375 ml. Golden amber in color. Full, forward & attractive nose of rich, ripe fruit aromas of stone fruits notes of apricots & peaches, apples & citrus notes with overtones of floral notes of honeysuckle, orange rind, exotic spices, minerals, slate, toffee, honey & a hint of caramel in the background. Medium-full bodied with a very good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, complex, lush & rich, ripe fruit flavors of dried apricots, sweet yellow peaches, tangy tangerines/oranges with exotic spices, honey, toffee, minerals & a hint of caramel. Long lingering finish with some bracing acidity. At 40 years of age, it is at its peak of development but given its firm structure, it could possibly hold for several more years although any further development may be minimal. [A.P.
