Pale pink color leads to gobs of tiny bubbles. The palate has fresh flowers, strawberry, rasberry, and a hint of toast. The finish is smooth and complex. A very enjoyable bottle of wine and a staple at our house.

Didn't think I liked sparkling rose's but this was outstanding. Like a cherry cobbler. Not too many bubbles, but refreshing with a long finish.

Similar notes to last bottle but more integrated. A better bottle.

At retailer tasting. Pale copper/pink color. Faint musty nose, with some yeaty/doughy notes. Juicy palate, with rose petals and cherry flavors.
