Actually improved with cellaring, a bit to our surprise since there was almost no sulphur added. Rich amber to orange colour. Lovely nose of honey, apricot marmalade, passion fruit, pale ale and flowers. Rich yet dry on the palate, acids a bit on the low side, still very good structure of minerals and the extended contact with grape skins and lees. A fascinating artisanal wine, a great experience. 80% terret blanc, 20% viognier, elevation in barrique.

This is only getting better with time. Ripe apricots, fabulous mineral sensations and great drinkability! No joke ;-)
