Lovely. Terrific field blend. You can pick out some of the elements from Riesling, Gewurztraminer, and Pinot Gris. Noticeable botrytis. Rich and viscous. Off dry. Definitely has the apricot flavors with a tiny hint of bitter from the Gewurz and Pinot Gris. Went great with spicy Asian fish soup. The fish was Barramundi.

dark color is a bit scary, but still relatively fresh on nose. honey, dried apricot, elderflower, starfruit, lychee, baking spices. slightly off-dry, this has lots of acid and a palate that matches the nose, with the apricot and honey more prominent. really great balance.

orange yellow in the baloon. This blend of riesling and gewurtztraminer shows a complex nose of dried apricot with hints of slave. The palate is consistent the nose and melts the sweetness of the gwzt with some acidity left by the riesling grapes. Tropical exotic fruit. Well paired with spicy gorgonzola. But there is something missing... perhaps a short final. Will open my last bottle in 2020 to see how it evolves

Green gold, honey and white flowers on the nose, off-dry and alcohol in balance. Nice match with spicy food. Long finish
