  Rich, nutty, quite sweet, showing a little age, great with spicy asian food I think. Blind tasting my place

  Appearance: Golden honey color
  Nose: Oak, cedar, sultana raisins, vanilla, honey, baked apples, toasted almonds.
  Taste: full bodied with generous fruit for the age of the bottle, low/moderate acidity, residual sugar throughout.
  
  Beautiful, complex, interesting pino gris!

  Clear light amber. Slightly oxidised in a good way, dried apricot, white flowers and some sweet ripe tropical fruit. Off dry apricot, peach and Christmas cake flavours and a very nice long rich but dry finish.

  A cornucopia of aromas waft from the glass, a brilliant Pinot Gris that offers something truly unique and true to its terroir. Loads of life ahead but already mature its drinking beautifully. My only gripe is the 15 percent alcohol which makes drinking more than a glass hard going.
