Thanksgiving Wine Tasting (Carlton, OR): One of the best examples of Southern Oregon Chardonnay I've tasted to date. A bit over-oaked for my tastes, but really nice pear and canteloupe fruit.

Nice nose. Light on the palate, with fruit in the front. More acid would help, but could be the age.

Popped & poured, paired with grilled redfish & salmon. Pretty nose with pear & melon notes. Pears on the palate as well; creamy & viscous.

Memorial Weekend Wine Tasting (Chehalem Mountains & Carlton, OR): Much tastier than the Viognier, to my palate. Melon, pear with a touch of citrus. Nice acidity and a great finish. Not as much oak as I remember from before.
