Lost soul in my collection, but used as a sipper. Enjoyed with smoked & sharper cheeses. VERY golden color, orange blossom honey on the tongue, but the sweetness was not off putting when paired properly.

Nose of stone fruit and flowers. Medium acidity, medium sweetness, green apple and pineapple. Short to medium finish. Very simple, but also quite enjoyable with simple, spicy fare.

Nice and basic Riesling, not as effervescent or sweet at the Ch St Michelle Riesling. Color is darker than the Willm or the ChSM. Nice balance, but definitely not to complex. As good as can be expected with the very spicy Thai food we had tonight.

(Columbia Crest Two Vines Riesling Columbia Valley) Golden colored. A strong floral bouquet along with petroleum, Mandarin oranges, and apple. The palate is all about apples and has a fair amount of residual sugar. Dies off quickly toward the finish. 3.52g/100ml RS, 0.78 g/100ml TA, 11.5% alcohol
