For the price, I think this is a rather great value, with more complexity than you might expect.
Beautiful heady aromas of cherry blossoms and witch hazel (a plant I love for its early spring flowers, pardon the possibly obscure reference!). On the palate, another wave of flavors: lemon, tarragon, and mint all showing up in happy succession, followed up a by a nice and clean chalky moment that washes into a calming herbal finish.
All in all, a beautiful sparkling wine that definitely gives you bang for the buck. I'd definitely recommend this for a mixed crowd, as it will satisfy and delight both the casual sippers as well as the wine-lovers in your circle.
Clear, medium gold (salmon undertones) with fine bubbles. Clean, medium-intensity, youthful nose, with aromas of red apple, apple juice, strawberry, cider, and raspberry. Dry on the palate, high acid, medium alcohol, medium+ body, medium+ intensity, creamy mousse, and a flavor profile to match the nose plus biscuit and stony notes. Medium+ finish. Very good, drink now, medium price.
