Tasted blind and I guessed a 1990. I was only off by 28 years. This is still dark and even youthful in a way, but it also has tertiary notes on the nose and palate, and the layered, weightless, rounded profile that only aged Burg offers. Still some lurking structure. Not a blockbuster but super tasty. Probably WOTN among stiff competition.
