A melange of caramelized apricot, apple, and mango in a dark syrupy liquid. It is immediately appealing and a testament to the glorious ice wine being made in Ontario. Enjoy

(Jackson-Triggs Vidal Icewine Proprietors' Reserve Niagara Peninsula VQA) From 375 ml - medium dark yellow color; nice ripe peach, canned cling peaches and vanilla nose; tasty canned cling peaches syrup, apricot, orange and some tart peach acidity on palate; long finish
(Jackson-Triggs Vidal Ice Wine (187 ml)) #2; COLOR-deep golden; NOSE-heavy dose of papaya and mango; very tropical; fried dried apricots; good richness; good sugar; TASTE-extremely sweet; a little too sweet for me, but remarkably delicious; very viscous; thick & coating; a little sour apple juice on the back-end; it's solid; good entry level; GV-89+

Oxidized - burnt caramel and raisin. Dried orange, apricot marmalade. Sickly sweet. Probably pretty good but well past its prime

Very good. Not too sweet. Nice acid to balance

Dark apricot honey fruits moderate acidity and long finish. Moving into the well aged phase of ice wine

Found in a corner of cellar. Very mature nut brown. Nose slight maderised but still there. On downward slope but enough left to make it interesting
