  Opened after Xmas dinner and had a glass each night over the next nights. Pale ruby with a hint of tawny at the rim. Plum and fig aromas slightly jammy with a whiff of walnut skin on the nose. Medium weight with a bit of alcoholic heft and ripe grippy plum skin tannins. Plummy figgy flavours with a touch of Xmas pudding spice. Pleasantly boozy. More of a Ruby than a Tawny but still nice.
