Popped and poured. Previously I've found this wine had a green note that always bothered me, despite the wonderful fruit. Tonight it was a different wine - no capsicum note and a more pronounced minerality that I remember. Great balance and very enjoyable tonight.

Popped and poured. Medium dark yellow. Citrus bouquet with a faint fresh green pepper note. Linear, focused and complex with a longish finish. Competent, even good but somehow this wine doesn't wow me. Paired beautifully with teriyaki salmon but I am not a great fan of grassy profile sauvignon.

Popped and poured at 10C. Medium pale yellow. Mineral nose with green pepper/lemon amalgam. Nice evolution on the palate into a complex mid-palate showing citrus, minerality, a hint of toasted brioche and a faint backdrop of oak. I still get the freshly cut green pepper note I've picked up before on this wine. Longish final.
Liked this better than I have previous bottles tonight and it continued to open as the night wore on.

Final bottle of the 6 I purchased originally. Very similar to my previous notes. This wine still had alot to offer.

Drinking well now. Going a little green at the end, but otherwise great balance of acid and fruit.
