Super textural, great complexity, and effusive aromatics. The tannins were very well integrated. Really pretty raspberry and pomegranate, rose petals, coffee and wet stone minerality.

Notes from day 2. Color was dark red. Nose of cherry, mushrooms, little spice. Palate of sour black cherry, mushrooms, sandlewood, cola and spice. The finish it average in length and there is good balance to this wine. I always tend to enjoy Peter's Schindler's the best and I can see why "The French Laundry" gets mostly Schindler in its blend. Drink, better on day 1 IMO. 50+5+10+15+7
