  • Clear pale straw core of moderate intensity out to a thin watery rim - youthful and zesty in appearance. Clean nose of lime, mineral and tropical fruit of moderate intensity. Dry with a soft and tropical fruit entry followed by a clean middle of mineral and citrus of moderate intensity. Moderate body, alcohol and mod+ acid - exactly the balance it should be. Refreshing and full on enjoyable. Finish is moderate in length with a really good mineral kick. Excellent QPR. Drink now with shellfish, light dishes or as an aperitif. For those that enjoy Sauvignon Blanc or un-oaked Chardonnay and want to try something different.
