Community Tasting Notes (2) Avg Score: 92 points

  • I was offered this bottle by a friend who runs a wine shop because he found it oxidized. Well, in fact it was to some extent, but not to a degree of being undrinkable. Dense, powerful, creamy-textured and very enjoyable with food despite the oxidation. I guess it would deserve a 93+ had it been in better condition. This was not a premox case probably, since I was told that the wine had been stored for several years in a wearhouse where the tempereture rose to around 30 degrees Celsius during summer months.
