Definitely on the downside of the drinking range, but after a short decant it drank for nicely as it approaches 20 years of age. Still has some remaining fruit. Threw quite a bit of sediment. This was my last bottle, so I am grateful my wife and I consumed it now rather than later!

Typical older Brunello. Typical white label Brunello from Mr. Neri. I thought it had an extra 2-4 years of potential but the community was right: drink now!

I let it open up for about 1.5 hours. Little fruit, acidic. Was probably 92-93 a few years ago.

Fruit is surprisingly steady. Tannins and acidity are also in good shape. Long beautiful finish!
