Opened two hours early, drank over next three hours. As noted in prior notes, this wine still likes a bunch of air to fully open up. Fruit is starting to change a little from previous bottles, wouldn't wait a whole lot longer on these.
This is our 7th bottle of this vintage Onyx over the last three years, definitely some bottle variation noticeable, but most consistent finding is that it still does much better with lots of air time. Suggest a two hour decant to best enjoy.
