  doratissimo, al naso il primo impatto molto diretto è di polpa di frutta gialla molto matura, quasi (piacevolmente) marcescente, leggera tostatura, tropicali, salvia; l'attacco in bocca è nettissimo, con una dominante salata davvero impressionante, di cristallo di sale fumè, la lunghezza del sorso è davvero sorprendente, nell'equilibrio generale
