It definetly needs to be decanted for at least 1 hour before it begins to unravel its complex character. Absolutely love this wine. Pairs well with a juicy rib-eye or any other fat laden food. I believe this wine will cellar for another 10 years, but its drinking well now. Enjoy! (720 views) |
