UWS (@ JB): In the bouquet cherries, plums, earth and rustic flavors. On the palate plums, cherries, sweet spices, soft tannin, well balanced and a good length. The wine is at its peak now and will not really improve anymore.

Nice but sadly fully developed (at least). Tannins had melted away, sweeet spices, a few oak splinters here and there, red fruits and with after quite some time, there were glimpses of the past with leather and a few more gamey nuances. Should have drank that one a couple of years ago. Still, a nice experience

Most comments at tasting were that this was Grenache or CdP. Very nice red fruit on the nose and palate. This has matured beautifully, but was my last bottle.

Weekly tasting group #073; Red wines from the Mediterranean. (@ BD): Ruby red with a carmine rim. The bouquet is a bit dusty with ripe red fruits, chocolate and raisins. On the palate a lot of sweetness, ripe red fruits like strawberries, sweet spices and light acidity. A very joyful and easy drinking wine. Completely ready now.

Fantastic wine, ruby coloured, intensely aromatic - with fresh black fruit, coffee, spice, licorice and violets and very flavourful. Palate is medium to full bodied with sweet ripe but fresh fruit, black pepper. Everything is in balance, acidity brings freshness, tannins are ripe and soft, finish is long. I wouldn't let it longer in the cellar but there is not the slightest hint of fatigue in this wine.
