  I made Palak Murg… chicken ( boneless skinless thighs) with onion, coriander and spinach
  
  This turned out well with gentle savory spiciness
  Served with Raita and Naan
  
  Wine ( from earlier)
  2006 Pahlmeyer Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir alc 14.9%. Good color but sone clearing at the edges. Earthy nose
  Nice gentle bing cherry and earth notes. Hint of mocha. It has only a touch of fruit sweetness
  No excess heat and fully resolved tannins.

  Wonderful. After all these years, still bold with deep fruit. This is not a wimpy Pinot. Loved it.

  Perfectly aged. Took about an hour to express all of its power. Strong notes of mature berries hit immediately, mint and flowers emerged with oxidization.
  Perfect with rich, non spicy food
