Old label, bottled May 2004 and disgorged April 2010, dosage 5 g/l. My least favorite Agrapart wine ever, and not worth the price. Given that 2003 was the year of the great heat wave in France, and the grapes should have been full of sugar, I don't understand the flavor. It is acidic, without much character, and with a slight bitterness.

(Agrapart Minéral Grand Cru Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs) Lemon custard and toffee on the nose here, and yet despite that on the palate it seems very bland indeed. Softly composed, the palate falling away in the middle, revealing only hard acidity and obvious alcohol. Disjointed. No appeal for me here.
