  Barolo (Vintage v.s. Maker) and others (Extra Space): Aired in decanter for about 1 hour.
  Appearance is clear, medium intensity, ruby colour. Legs.
  Nose is clean, medium intensity, with aromas of toasted oak, red cherry, floral violets. Developing.
  On the palate, dry, high acidity, high alcohol, dry puckery high tannins, full body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of toasted oak, dark red cherries. Long finish.
  Very good quality. Potential is there. Still very young and tight at this point. This will improve with further ageing. Re-explore again after 5+ years.
