  Color was ruby red and wine full bodied. Red fruit and strong tannins which suggested it has 5 years plus left. Classic Pinot. I found the wine on day three open and well balanced. I had thought the fruit might be fading from the cellar tracker notes, but that thought was far from reality. I would give it a three to five hour decant. It was really a great bottle which I stated in the score.

  Drinking very well still! Opened with little warning, so only used an aerator on the bottle. Sour cherries on the nose. Starts with a gentle cherry on the palate with lingering tobacco, oak and pepper on the finish. Good balance and structure.

  Great wine. Very flavourful, smooth, tasty, not overpowering or too sweet, excellent bouquet

  Fruit forward and devoid of any terroir or earthiness. Disappointing for a Pinot. Good balance with nice acidity. Paired well with fresh salmon. A nice wine but will leave the others for another 1-2 years before pulling their corks.
