Beautiful dark forest fruits in the bouquet. On the palate primary dark berries, garrigue, horse, a touch of pleasant sweetness, beautiful acidity, good length and still youthful tannin. The wine is still a bit too young. Around 2020 this will be even better. 95+
Slow ox for 4+ hours. Excellent nose of red fruits primarily and garrigue in the background - not funky like some of the other CdPs. Such lightness and clarity in the palate, like a good Burgundy, despite the 14.5% abv. Lots of fruits and totally balanced, with no notable tannins or bitterness. Such a great wine and the bottle went out quickly.
Beautiful nose of farmyard, oriental spices, sandalwood, leather, cèpes de Bordeaux, bacon fat, roasted black fruit... very concentrated black fruit, loads of very ripe tannins, super delicate wine with 20 sec finish
