Great white wine, silky and milky complex flavors, lush and rich but balanced, perfect with aged parmiggiano reggiano, bread and olive oil.

Going on 4 years I am coming back to this to see how it’s evolved. Color is quite deep golden. On the nose: Beeswax, orange zest, butterscotch, minerals/flint/salinity. On the palate: Honey, beeswax, lemon, orange and caramel. This is just fabulous. Makes me wish I was in Paris in a great restaurant with this as the White Wine to start with and move onto their Rouge for the main course. If you like wine try to get a chance to try a glass of this.

It clearly showed some evolution since my previous bottle in 2014 and still has a long life ahead. Moderate yellow colour. Forward nose of white flower and yellow plum. Rich mouth feel, yet focused and long finish. Not cloying despite the richness.
