La Tablee: Grand Tasting (26 Bridge Street, Brooklyn): Really do appreciate seeing these wines with a few more years of age. Fruit still very much there, but also getting some more secondary notes starting to poke through. Very pretty. Seems to be settled in a bit more. Enjoyed.

Vanilla on the nose. Nice balance. Light tannins, with some overlying acidity. Still a tight wine holding its secrets. Will be interesting in anither 5 years. Lanolin

Off restaurant list. The expected good match with Chinese food. Dark garnet to the rim. Fairly rich fruit and alcohol kept in check by fairly high acidity, the typical bacon / grilled meat flavor from Northern Rhone. Integrated tannins. Medium finish. Very nice

A bit tired and simple at this point. Purchased at the winery and cellared since.
