Popped and poured; cellar temperature. Light gold with greenish highlights. Rich nose of tropical fruits a touch of petrol? and butterscotch. Medium weight but quite rich on the palate with nice sweet fruit and some tension on the finish. Good but not great.

Pop and pour. Note after 75 minutes. Apricots, honey, butterscotch and almonds on the nose. Butterscotch, citrus and apple on the palate. A little heavy but also a bit hedonistic.

Popped and poured. Medium yellow with greenish highlights. Nose of tropical fruits but not at all cloying. On the palate lovely sweet Chardonnay fruit with enough acidity to make it a very enjoyable drink. This could develop more of the honeyed characteristics that this vineyard seems to have as it ages further but this is drinking very well.

Alcohol :: 13.7% Quite a dark golden for such young wine. Very powerful and intense on the nose, ripe lemon, herbs, orange as well as mineral and strong vanilla oak at the background. This has quite a refreshing entry but then quickly covered by the strong, opulent mouth feel that formed by the very rich ripe yellow fruits, lemon custard and vanilla and become bold, powerful with heavy oak infused medium length finish, some mineral and herbs after taste but also the alcohol heat that is quite distracting. This would be better if pair with food.

(Littorai Chardonnay Charles Heintz Vineyard) Lovely big tart lemon and mineral palate, reminiscent of Chablis from a ripe year; tight, tart lemon, citrus, mineral palate with poise; medium-plus finish

Starting to move from the greeen apple and citrus to the minerality with succulent carmel and almonds. Good juice
