  A very nice surprise for a 14 year old California sparkler. Plenty of fruit and freshness in the glass. Balanced acidity and just a hint of age on the nose.

  A festive sparkler, served prior to Thanksgiving dinner. Fine grain pinpoint beads and a generous mousse. Zesty citrus and bright apples on the tongue, with yeasty baked bread in the back palate.

  Had a difficult time removing cork but once accomplished this was a delicious bottle of bubbly. Fresh with citrus.
