  • My last bottle of the 2007. 15 years on drinks very well. Not quite at the level of an aged Burgundy from a top vineyard but definitely not bad at way less of a cost. This wine in its youth is very nice but if you have a few bottles, save one and try it with some real age. A totally different experience.

  • Its really insane that this wine still tastes good to be honest. A 15 year old chardonnay outside of Burgundy is usually a casualty of time. Whatever Vanessa was doing when she constructed this beauty was the right decision. Such a deep golden color one would expect at this age but its still fresh with an excellent nose. Really fantastic. I bought 8 bottles of these at an auction just a couple years ago at about 80% off retail as most people figured they were probably no good. I took a chance and its paid off marvelously. Only one left. I might save it a bit and see how it goes at 20 just for kicks.

  • Light yellow/green color, lovely oak, aged aroma, good acidity and a strong finish. 14 years old and definitely want to drink up but still hanging in there.

  • Aged probably beyond what one typically would but picked this up dirt cheap at auction so I figured it was worth the try. This wine young has a great vibrancy to it with an awesome straw color. This wine aged 14 years has a more golden color and is much softer, adopting some buttery qualities. So basically it ages like a good Burgundy. Very Nice! What a tremendous opportunity to drink this at this age. Peay team does it again!

  • Excellent deep gold color with some nice aged qualities. Remains fresh though, not soft and oily like some aged Burgundies. Very nice.
