Found this in cellar. Needs to warm up and open for 45 min. Nose is light , taste still has tropical fruits and light butter. Acid balances sweetness with nice balance. Finish short. Overall surprised how well it held up and enjoyed.

Buttery. This wine poured an amber color into the glass. Lemon, some spice, pineapple, pear, and this actually stung the nostrils quite a bit. The initial entry is quite buttery, but that actually died off faster than expected. Graham cracker gave way to apple, then pineapple, lemon, and finished with a slightly oaked well balanced finish. The wine was opened about 45 minutes, and was open for about 20 minutes before serving. This is a classic Cali Chardonnay although I will definitely say that it is more on the buttery side of the spectrum. A butter bomb it is NOT. It went well with the roast and sweet potato accoutrement. It could also stand on its own and do a heck of a job. This wine is ready to drink now, and I'm not really too sure if any more time will add anything to this wine. I'd say drink now, because in another 3 years this one will likely be done.

Drank in 2013 and it was still very good. Full bodied w/o being buttery. Nice complexity.

Did not like as well as I remembered. Not as buttery and not as oaky as I like.
