  Dark garnet color followed by fresh aromas of dark fruit and pine forest and eucalyptus. Medium full bodied, smoothed out tannins completely integrated with the blackberry-blueberry compote and dark chocolate mousse on the long finish. This wine is perfect now.

  Wonderful flavors with rich dark fruit and plush tannins, but definitely felt muted. Might have been the PnP consumption, but I'm more inclined to think it's at the end of the prime drinking window. Drink up!

  Last tasted 8/2015. Consistent tasting note (copied below), but revised score... must have been a little stingy on the last tasting, revised from 92 up to 94, this is a perfectly aged wine, so yummy now, I wouldn't take the chance that it will get any better, Drink now or soon. "Dark purple color. Full-bodied rich blackberry & prune, with a touch of dark chocolate and caramel. The nose gives blackberry and earthy notes with a touch of mint. Great wine, still going strong, drink now or for the next 2 years"
