  Opaque muddy plum colored with a nose of spice and dark berries. The flavors follow the nose with some vanilla and green herbs. Medium weight with good acidity; tannins are noticeable but mostly integrated. A fine Bordeaux blend that is nicely balanced. Throws off a LOT of sediment; recommend a strain/decant. 13.5%abv.
  
  Broken cork. Again. Fail rate is approaching infinity.

  Wow. I'm as surprised as the next guy but this stuff is good!. Claret like, this cab merlot based blend is fully mature but nice. Balanced, fragrant, with mineral, mouth feel and a long finish. Bravo. A hint of varnish on the finish but otherwise very clean. Good job fellows!!
