Medium ruby in color, with rich and engrossing aromas of cherries, rose petal and spice. Palate opens with both power and subtlety, showing Bing cherry, a touch of raspberry or Boysenberry, spicebox and some sea salt in the long and tasty finish. Medium-full mouthfeel, but remaining brisk and mouthwatering with a firm acidic structure throughout. Good one to lay down for a few years as well.

The nose is dark and deep, and is dominated by smoky, grilled meat tones. Chocolate and mixed spices, balance with cherry and cranberry, with just a hint of rosemary, thyme, and wildflowers along the edges.
Sweet, soft, and smooth, this wine is far more delicate than the nose leads you to expect. Red berries, cherry, and woodsy notes of pine make up the mid palate. There is a faintly spicy, somewhat creamy mouthfeel to this wine, and a lasting, light pipe tobacco finish.

Wonderful cotton candy nose. Medium light body. Mostly strawberry flavors and some vanilla oak. Medium finish, showing some heat and tannins.
