At 15.2%, this is a tank. It is starting to show a little age, but is outstanding. Would I know this is a Pinot? Not sure. It is that big. Over three hours, there was very little change in the flavor...which was huge. Very fun at the 22 year mark.

Somewhat oxidized looking cherry color, semi-transparent, no still have some fruit on it medium body, nice acidity, hard to discern much fruit on the palate, acidity but not fruit on the Finish. Probably waited too long to drink this one,

Hard to find the words. Travesty? Frankenstein? Robitussin? An afront to the grape. This type of over-heated style is why I stopped buying Martinelli Pinot.

Rich and unctious. Lots of fruit with a long finish. A great bottle that has held up really well. Glad that I have three bottles to go, but will now drink up while they're soooo good.

Seemingly less fruit and length than when I last tried this. Appears a little hot now. Drink up.
