  • Smooth texture, lovely pale olive-hay colour, softer Fino, less dry than genuine Sherry. Local people told me that these Finos are "natural", unfortified; so some yeast is added to produce that veil called "Flor" but in any case, alcohol. I am going to re-buy this kind of Fino for summer time. Paired this time with anchovies and olives.

    Textura delicada, un bello color entre oliva y heno, un fino más suave, menos seco que el Jerez guenuino. Los cordobeses me han contado que estos finos son naturales: se añade levadura para formar la Flor pero no alcohol. Voy a recomprar esta clase de fino para el verano. Acompañó esta vez unas olivas y unas anchoas.
