  One of my favorite 07s. Very pure and energetic wine. Spice and darker fruits dominate - great structure. Drinks well now but the best is ahead.

  A very fine display of young pure pinot with plenty of exuberant fruit - smells like fresh dark chocolate and freshly cut flowers - just jumps straight out of the glass at you but then also has this great amount of spice. Superb today if you have a case and want some great young pinot joy and surely great in 10-20 years too. A terrific performance and shows again that 07 is generally underrated. For me today the best of the young trio 06-08 by a hair (or rather one point).

  Lovely bottle in great form. Nose was good bit a bit reticent. The wine shown on the palate with deep and clean fruit. Earth notes, forest, some savory, delicious. From my passive cellar (purchased on release) after a two hour double decant this was ready with plenty of time left.
