  • One year later, this is showing signs of secondary development and much more terroir. While texturally this is still similar and easy to drink, the bright fruit has moved to the background and the wine shows earthiness and slight rusticity, which make it very Savigny. This paired well with the salmon and the bottle disappeared quickly.

  • Another joyful 2007. Light to medium bodied, with an almost rose like color. Nice open nose. Very bright cherries on the palate with good friendly acidity. Dangerously easy to drink - can't believe how fast we finished the bottle. Not the most complex burg, but it is a joy to drink. The easy, friendly side of burgundy.

  • Light floral notes o violet and a touch of cherry spice; beautiful, elegant, sweet little cherries on the palate; red berries and some iron in there too; fine tannins, elegant medium light body. Very nice, fine.
