very pale, slight green. Grassy nose cirrussy, hint of honeysuckle. A touch of effervesence, slightly sweet for saugivnon blanc. Modest finish. Very pleasant and servicible for the price.

87-88 Clear, pale yellow. The nose at first does not give up too much - but initially very grassy, earthy, with hint of tangerine citrus - then showing a note of pear nectar, citrus and lime on the very edges. The dry palate is round focused and clear and again initially grassy but with air develops flavors of tangerine rind, high toned pepper and ginger spice and asparagus. Decent but not racy acidity. Note of saline on the back end. Good sauvignon. Will take a minute to settle down, may even decant. Not to cold. Very good with light spicy faire. Decent QPR.

(O. Fournier Sauvignon Blanc Centauri, Leyda Valley) The fruit-driven nose displays lime, spearmint, and hints of apricot. A medium-bodied wine, it offers varietal character, vibrant acidity, and a clean, flavorful finish. Nicely styled, though a bit lean overall. Appellation: San Antonio Valley

Strong citrus...grapefruit nose. Very clean and crisp sauvignon blanc. Well worth the price point. I'd buy more.
