The component is believed to be over 80% Verdejo blended with sauvignon blanc and viura. Fermented in 100% new french oak. With 6 years of aging, the wine became mature. Obvious buttery, apricot and nutty aroma with creamy and fatty texture. The acidity and fruitiness were lowered due to aging but it was still fresh. Could still identify tropical fruits such as grapefruit and peach. Good balance and complexity. Performance could last for 2 hours.

Blanc aromatique. Amertume bien présente ce qui confère une certaine longueur. Correct sans plus.
