  At 27, the bottle popped open. Sunny yellow with bubbles in the glass, but not effervescent. Skunky, oxidized nose with no redeeming aroma. On the pallet it actually had good structure and balance. It isn’t flat, but it isn’t alive either. No real finish. If this wine were a patient, it would have been called, taken off life- support and toe-tagged.

  slight mousse; fairly complex, refined mature nose, hair floral with deepchalky background; sonorous,hair sweet, very satisfying flavour; sweetish reains mar a bit. good, robust, finish. past prime but still good.
