Lui aussi semble être encore tout jeune mais quand même plus expessif que le Taupenot. Un peu surette, griottes, airelles .Quand même bien droit et à revoir dans 5-7 ans lui aussi ! 16/20 (+)

This was drinking really well tonight with 1-2 hours of double decanting, displaying softer, but still penetrating, red fruit, earth, spice, some wet stones and bright acidity at its core. The tannins on the long finish are still firmish, but not obtrusive. All in all, this was delightful now, but probably has a lot of time looking forward.

2007 Pinot Noir from Baden & Bourgogne (Home): Clear cherry red. In the nose quite fragrant, warm, rather high toned, not much fruit, a tiny bit yeasty. Not bad, but hard to pin down. On the palate, this is really shut down, very tart, restrained, austere, strong tannins, very strong acidity, mineral core. The underlying material seems not bad, but this needs more time.
