Cherry, strawberry, earth, mushroom and sweet spices on the nose. Tart strawberry, cranberry, hints of cedar lead to a medium length finish of iron and tart red berries. Light-medium body, somewhat thin mid-palate, suave, integrated tannins and very crisp acidity. Great value.

Delicious Brett notes were not apparent in this bottle unlike the others I have tasted. Popped and poured, enjoyed over two hours. Beautifully sweet strawberry nose. Tannins have mellowed out but still has a bit of harshness.

Right after opening this showed a fairly typical Savigny nose that was solid enough but without a lot of flair or complexity. This completely fell apart after about 20 minutes. Flabby on the palate, which only seemed worse with air.

According to my wife this wine smells like butt but doesn't taste like one! :P I have to agree with her. This wine has been consistently affected by brett, causing the wine to have funky and gamey aromas, but it blew off in about half hour. Wine itself is truly fruit forward and delicious, albeit little thin. QPR is awesome on this and I will buy another case if I have the opportunity.

Nice light wine with medium finish. Raspberry on the nose and palate. Smooth tannins. Ready to drink.
